Jonathan Bélanger

Jonathan Bélanger brings the mandolin to the center stage and introduces us to a unique musical style, featuring traditional and urban repertoire from 19th-century Canada.  In this vaudeville show, mandolin, history and performance art come together with sensitivity and elegance.

The artist has recorded two albums, presenting his own musical and historical culture with, Le Passe-Temps (EP 2022), Sur le Boulevard (2023), and published in 2024, an historical notebook entitled Mandoline Ô Canada (1880-1914).
